I have a DREAM......

I wish to visit old folks' home, orphanage, JAIL...I wanna interview the most dangerous criminal ,who has done the worst crimes like murder,rape,robbery,child abuse and kidnap. I have too many doubts..where I think ,they alone can afford to give me the best answer....
Now,tell me,is that possible?????????????????????
